In 1994 the Simone family bought an Antica Masseria, in the Macchia plain, in the Gargano National Park. A love story begins for one's land, of course. We have been hosting visitors to our estate for almost 30 years, offering hospitality and kindness. The emotion and passion for our work has remained the same from day one. With the same Passion we produce Tenuta Simone Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a guarantee of quality and passion. Our Tenuta Simone del Gargano EVO Oil is naturally cold extracted. A few moments after harvesting, the olives are brought to the mill where they are immediately pressed. In this way we are able to guarantee that the flavor and all the properties of the oil are preserved and arrive intact on your tables. Our TerraMadre oil, coming from the early harvest of Ogliarola Garganica monocultivar, is an oil rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, naturally.

Our TerraLuna oil from Ogliarola Garganica monocultivar olives is a harmonious and elegant oil characterized by hints of grass and fresh almond, naturally.
The olive harvest begins on the day of the twelfth full moon, guaranteeing the right level of ripeness of the fruit.
