Villa Simone is a complex of two villas, Villa Splendida and Villa Gargano, and can accommodate up to 23 guests.
We offer our guests the opportunity to stay with the exclusive Villa modality.
This proposal, ideal for groups, allows you to use all the services of the two Villas exclusively.
The swimming pool of Villa Simone, equipped with hydromassage and water features, will be totally available to your group.
Villa Splendida offers 6 personalized rooms, furnished simply but tastefully.
All rooms have private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and have a small private outdoor relaxation area.
Villa Splendida offers four double rooms, two of which are “Standard” and two “Superior” (with the possibility of adding a cot for babies).
These four rooms have a private garden, ideal for hosting small pets.
We also have a triple room, with a double bed plus a single bed.
Finally, the Family/Accessible room, which offers a double bed and a sofa bed and can accommodate up to four people. It has a bathroom equipped for disabled people.
Both the Triple room and the Family room have a relaxing veranda with sea view.
All rooms of Villa Splendida offer a relaxation area with private entrance.
This service is ideal for guaranteeing the privacy of each member of the group.
Villa Gargano offers two modern double bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning.
In both villas you will find a modern kitchen, a welcoming living room, a barbecue corner, a wood-burning oven for making pizza.
Villa Simone offers several areas dedicated to the little ones.
